Once you decide to start the insanity program, you are challenging yourself not to fail and not to give in. All you need to do is commit yourself to a regular daily 1-hour spot for your body-changing program. You need to have the discipline to keep going, even when you are feeling sore and you think it is too hard.

You have to dig deep sometimes, but it is worth it. Giving up is not an option. Imagine the regret you will feel if you stop the program before the 60 days. This would put you into the camp of those people who say “I wonder what would have happened if I had not stopped?”

Starting the insanity workout program is the biggest decision you need to make. The rest is a lot of sweat and a lot of effort, and the result is that after 60 days you are giving yourself a big pat on the back. You will be amazed at the way your body has transformed to the stronger, leaner, fitter person you always wanted to be.
